Make sure your credit card information is up to date
Please verify that all of your credit card information is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate or outdated information can delay your order processing as well as your commissions. To check that your information on file is correct, log in to your Virtual Office and go to Settings → Billing → Credit Card Settings. To avoid any interruptions or delays, please remind your downline team members to log in and update their information as well.
LifePharm Holiday Closure
Please be advised that the LifePharm home office and Customer Service will be closed this Thursday and Friday in observance of the Christmas Holiday. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, December 28th. If you live in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand and place an order during the holiday, your order will be processed the following Monday. We wish all who celebrate a safe, happy and meaningful holiday.
Holiday commission payout schedule
As the LifePharm home office will be closed this Thursday and Friday for the Christmas holiday, commissions will be paid on Wednesday, December 23rd. Additionally, The LifePharm home office will be closed on Friday, January 1st for the New Year holiday; therefore, commissions will be paid on Thursday, December 31st.
