If you joined LPGN in the month of April (2012, 2013, or 2014), then April is your renewal month! You can renew your distributorship by paying the $20 renewal fee via your Virtual Office, by calling Customer Service at 949.216.9600, or by sending an email to CustomerService@ LifePharmGlobal.com with your payment information.

Auto-Delivery is a great way to make sure you meet your monthly PV requirements as well as always have product available. In your new Pro Virtual Office, setting up your Auto-Delivery is simple. You can do so from two places:
Go to "My Business" → "My Auto-Delivery" from the navigation bar
Click on "Auto-Delivery" at the bottom of the page
From either of these places you’ll be directed to the Auto-Delivery page where you can view and edit current Auto-Delivery orders and create new ones.
Important Note: If you currently have an Auto-Delivery on file, please check your order and your credit card information to make sure everything is accurate.
Logging in and Accessing your Pro Virtual Office
We've developed a new document entitled "Logging in and accessing your Virtual Office: A Step-by-Step Guide" to help you, your team members and your customers log in to the new Virtual Office with ease. This PDF document includes specific instructions about your Virtual Office password. Print it out and keep it next to your computer, and save the link to send to team members who may need help logging in.
As with all accounts and information you want to keep protected (bank accounts, etc.) it’s important to choose secure passwords and change them often. We recommend that you change your Virtual Office password and your eWallet password on a quarterly basis to ensure that you keep your information secure. Choose a password that contains at least one letter, one number and at least eight characters.
