Every year, LifePharm Global Network Independent Business Owners are required to renew their distributorship by their anniversary signup dates. If you joined LPGN in the month of April (2012, 2013, or 2014), then April is your renewal month! You can renew your distributorship by paying the $20 renewal fee via your Virtual Office, by calling Customer Service at 949.216.9600, or by sending an email to CustomerService@LifePharm Global.com with your payment information.
Logging in and Accessing your Pro Virtual Office
We’ve developed a new document entitled “Logging in and accessing your Virtual Office: A Step-by-Step Guide” to help assist you, your team members and your customers in logging in to the new Virtual Office with ease. This PDF document includes specific instructions about your Virtual Office password. Print it out and keep it next to your computer, and save the link to send to team members who may be having challenges logging in.
As with all accounts and information you want to keep protected (bank accounts, etc.) it’s important to choose secure passwords and change them often. We recommend that you change your Virtual Office password and your eWallet password on a quarterly basis to ensure that you keep your information secure. Do not create a password with letters/numbers in sequential order (i.e., 1234 or abcd). Choose a password that contains at least one letter, one number and is at least eight characters.
